In this essay "Seven Good Habits" Robin Sharma talks about seven good habits that a person must develop to perform great things in his life. He also suggests seven ways to boost our energy. Robin Sharma was born to Indian parents in Uganda and he moved to Canada.

Robin Sharma advises how to improve from nothing to perfection. People like to work only with good people. We are living in the age of ambiguity and relentless change. To be successful in life, we can't forget that we must follow certain guidelines. Some of us don't even say "thank you" when someone does something good for us. A person must be ethical, kind, and dedicated to bring the best possible outcome.

The author suggests the following seven good habits for people who want to be successful. The first one is to keep politeness to get the affection of others. The second one is to be honest to a fault. The third one is to deeply commit oneself to a world class listener. The fourth one is to send a handwritten thank you' to a person helping us. The fifth one is to seek opportunities to do random acts of kindness. The sixth one is to commit oneself to being more positive and passionate. The last one is that we must be impeccable with punctuality.

Robin Sharma suggests seven ways to boost our energy. The first way is to exercise daily for 30 minutes and it can also be four times a week. The second one is to spend time in nature at least once a week. The third one is not to eat after 8 pm in the night. The fourth one wants us to do massage once a week. The fifth booster is to eat a diet that is conducive to natural diet. The sixth one is to read something inspiring for 30 minutes every morning. The seventh one is to drink water in large quantities. All these better equip the body to have a sound basis.

With these good habits, we should be able to make it through the different stages of life and win in the end. Robin Sharma wants us to do small, great things every day. A good life is just a string of good days strung together like pearls on a necklace. Every day, we should do good things and help other people do good things.
